Goodbye 2012

I could say that its the year that really allowed me to discover myself-- my strengths and weaknesses, coping mechanisms and abilities. This year was also a character battlefield; each obstacle helping me to mature. It strengthened my faith and relationship with people and helped me brave the unknown. This year taught me the value of perseverance and the sweet satisfaction when you give your best.

My mantra for 2012 was "Keep calm and focus." For 2013, it's going to be "Carpe Diem!" I will grab opportunities to be happy, to enjoy, feel young and make happy memories. I will seize every single day and not let every blessing just pass me by. I will grab and get hold of it. Here's to a better 2013 for all of us! Carpe Diem!

The Perks of Being a Wallflower

"I know these will all be stories someday. And our pictures will become old photographs. We'll all become somebody's mom or dad. But right now these moments are not stories. This is happening, I am here and I am looking at her. And she is so beautiful. I can see it. This one moment when you know you're not a sad story. You are alive, and you stand up and see the lights on the buildings and everything that makes you wonder. And you're listening to that song and that drive with the people you love most in this world. And in this moment I swear, we are infinite."

Love Actually

Watching my second favourite Christmas romantic movie (next to Serendipity).

Christmas Came Early

Six years ago, this was a very long shot for me; everyone's telling me I chose the most difficult road. So many sleepless nights, tears, worries, stress and problems in those years. Fast forward to the present, here I am and I finished it!
It really proved me that when you give your total effort -- everything you have -- the score will never be short to winning.

2012 is seriously the hardest year ever -- but the most rewarding. God knows all our sacrifices, and in God's time, He will reward us. And boy, He really pays good ;) To God be the glory!
